Schavon Marie Suchanek Is . . .

Having lived in Southern California her entire life Schavon is thrilled with the opportunity selling real estate gives her to connect clients to the neighborhoods and communities that make Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties so special. Most important though is her being in a position to help families settle into a home that will not only become a part of their livelihood, but their dreams and memories too.

Schavon’s undeniable energy and enthusiasm shine through from the moment you meet her, yet what really distinguishes her is the immediate sense of comfort her clients get from knowing that their needs will supersede all else be it a first impression or every meeting thereafter. Add to that her being insistent on providing personal care and attention from beginning to end and you have an agent whose relationships are both lasting and meaningful.

Passionate about giving back locally, regionally and internationally, Schavon serves as a Committee Member of Heels2HealOC – a philanthropic organization dedicated to Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). To that end, she spends countless hours preparing for events and activities that focus on the teens currently undergoing treatment at CHOC.

In addition, she devotes time to feeding the underprivileged in the community and through her church, leads small groups in the planning of a number of charitable events. She has also partnered with the Global Outreach Division as an advocate for the Haiti Ministry project, traveling there a couple times a year for extended stays learning the Haitian language and doing all she can to help with a variety of sustainability projects.

It is through travel that Schavon has come to appreciate “coming home” to a place where roots have been planted and why she finds doing what she does for a living so fulfilling.

A resident of Newport Beach, Schavon spends her spare time enjoying photography, animals, cooking and nutrition. A fitness enthusiast, she also enjoys running, yoga and any activity she can participate in outdoors.
